
Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that sometimes you just need straight forward answers to some quick initial questions. Here’s just a few of the answers to some questions we’re asked frequently, so hopefully it will save you a little time.
What time does the holiday club start and end?
All of our holiday clubs commence at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm. We do also offer early drop off from 8:00am and later pick up at 4:00pm, for an additional cost.
If you need to pick / drop your child off at different times then this can be catered for.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
At present, we do not accept childcare vouchers however we do plan to become Ofsted registered in the near future.
What is the age range?
We start from age 4 and go up to age 12.
Is food provided?
We do not provide any food throughout the day therefore parents need to ensure children have a packed lunch with them as well as plenty of fluids (bottles can be refilled at the venue).

For late pick ups (4:00pm), we do provide snacks for the children, including fruit and crackers.
What's the cancellation process?
Our camps do frequently sell out therefore we do require 48-hour notice when cancelling, to ensure we can replace the spot with another child and provide a full refund.
What does my child need to bring?
We would always advise to pack a raincoat, bring a packed lunch with snacks, appropriate sportswear, a water bottle (which we can refill) and any medical related equipment.
